Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Some products are made to order and may require additional production time — this will be noted on the product page where applicable.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order type. Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Print-on-Demand Products Some items in our store are fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand partner. These orders may ship separately from other items and may have slightly longer production times. You will receive separate tracking information for these shipments.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email] and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are located outside the US, please contact us before placing an order to discuss options.
