Thank you for shopping with Micro Media LLC. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Print-on-Demand & Made-to-Order Items Many of our products are custom printed and made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or incorrect size selection
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Custom or personalized products
Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
2. Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@micromediallc.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue
We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion depending on the situation.
3. Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
4. Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and around your property
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Reach out to us at hello@micromediallc.com if the issue is unresolved
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
5. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email hello@micromediallc.com immediately with your order number.
6. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
7. Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products or downloads
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
