Simple Shipping, Straightforward Service

At Micro Media LLC, we love bringing your designs to life—and getting them safely to your hands. To make this process seamless, we partner with Printful, a trusted drop-ship fulfillment service, to handle printing, packaging, and shipping directly to you.

Shipping & Handling

• Processing Time: Orders are fulfilled by Printful within 2–7 business days depending on the product. Once shipped, tracking information is provided so you can monitor your order every step of the way.

• Shipping Options: Standard and expedited shipping are available, with timelines varying by location. Please note that shipping times are determined by Printful.

• Packaging: Your items are shipped directly from Printful’s facilities. Micro Media LLC does not physically handle packages, and cannot control shipping speed, carrier handling, or packaging once orders leave Printful.

Limited Liability

• Micro Media LLC partners with Printful to ensure quality, but we cannot assume responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once fulfilled.

• If there are issues with delivery, claims should be directed to Printful. We’re happy to assist in facilitating the resolution, but liability is limited once items are in Printful’s care.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns, exchanges, or issues with defective items must be reported directly through Printful within their stated timeframe.

• Custom or personalized items are generally non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect, per Printful’s policy.
